For Health reasons. All Protect-A-Bed Matress or Box Spring Encasement's Sales are Final, with the exception of Faulty Items. Faulty Encasements must be returned within 36 hours for a exchange. We will not except any used Encasements. If we determine the encasement has been used. It will be returned to you COD and no replacement or refund will be issued. We will not replace any enasement of which we were not notified of the default within 36 hours of confirmed delivery notification. Please inspect your merhandise immediatley upon receipt. Shipping: Pest Control Express will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment, from the time your package leaves our warehouse untill the time delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS tracking.
